Soultown is a six piece band that can extend to a ten piece or perform as a trio. The focal point of the music is a tribute to the stars of the Motown record label that hit world fame during the 60's & 70's with their versatile blend of musical styles.

The sheer dance-ability of the music speaks for itself. Soultown has an extensive repertoire of tunes from the great names like Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, Smokey Robinson, Martha Reeves, The 4 Tops, The Temptations, the list goes on ....

Band leader and bass player for Soultown, David James, formed the band after completing a tour of America & Australia. Calling on professional international artists and musicians to give Soultown it's unique sound.
